• Process improvement. And work instruction preparation
• RFQ preparation & new fixture /jig development
• Production preparation, capacity calculation, Line balancing.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• S/A Drawing, Wire ID & Pallet id Preparation
• Mae Load distribution, Capacity calculation
• All Work Instruction preparation/Updating
• Crimping standards management.
• ATO line Time study & Manpower allocation

DET – Diploma Engineer Trainee :

• Should have above 60% aggregate in academic
• Good educational track record
  Active & energetic young person
• Good communication skill
• Ready to come in any shift

Junior Engineer :

• Daily inspection of Utility Equipments like.. LT Panel DG , HT Yard, STP, Meter cubicle, UPS room & Compressor room. Also need to maintain Spare & consumable consumption data, timely ordering of required spares.
• AMC service coordination with vendor
• Fuel stock monitoring for DG 500 KVA & 15KVA
• Meter calibrations, Transformer oil filtrations
• New project setup & Kaizen & improvement activities.

Engineer/Sr. Engineer : 

• Able to handle day to day Machine breakdown, preventive maintenance
• Checker boards & Jig boards break down maintenance
• Also need to maintain Spare & consumable consumption data, timely ordering of required spares.
• New project setup & Kaizen & improvement activities.
