- Process improvement. And work instruction preparation
- RFQ preparation & new fixture /jig development
- Production preparation, capacity calculation, Line balancing.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- S/A Drawing, Wire ID & Pallet id Preparation
- Mae Load distribution, Capacity calculation
- All Work Instruction preparation/Updating
- Crimping standards management.
- ATO line Time study & Manpower allocation
DET – Diploma Engineer Trainee :

- Should have above 60% aggregate in academic
- Good educational track record
Active & energetic young person - Good communication skill
- Ready to come in any shift

Job Description :-
Junior Engineer :
- Daily inspection of Utility Equipments like.. LT Panel DG , HT Yard, STP, Meter cubicle, UPS room & Compressor room. Also need to maintain Spare & consumable consumption data, timely ordering of required spares.
- AMC service coordination with vendor
- Fuel stock monitoring for DG 500 KVA & 15KVA
- Meter calibrations, Transformer oil filtrations
- New project setup & Kaizen & improvement activities.
Engineer/Sr. Engineer :
- Able to handle day to day Machine breakdown, preventive maintenance
- Checker boards & Jig boards break down maintenance
- Also need to maintain Spare & consumable consumption data, timely ordering of required spares.
- New project setup & Kaizen & improvement activities.
