Experience :- 3 to 15 years of experience in Automation Systems, Material Handling systems, Conveyors, SPM.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Robot teaching and touch up
- User frame setting
- TCP setting
- Part programming, understanding and diagnostic
- Handshaking / Communications with – PLC and other controllers
- Zone setting
- Offline part program development
- Knowledge of robotic application
- Robot options knowledge
- Knowledge of robot advance features like tool payload setting, calibration, collision setting.
- Ability to manage 3 members
- Optional – 2D and 3D integrated vision
- Robot hands on knowledge on expert instructions
