TNUSRB Recruitment 2022: – Tamil Nadu Police Sub Inspector Vacancies: Tamil Nadu Uniformed Services Recruitment Board (TNUSRB) invites online applications from eligible Indian Citizens for recruitment of Sub-Inspectors of Police (Taluk & Armed Reserve) – 2022. The last date for submission of online applications is 7th April 2022.

Qualification :- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree obtained from Institution / University recognized by University Grants Commission / Government in 10+2+3/4/5 pattern or 10+3+2 pattern in case of Diploma courses. However, candidates who have obtained Bachelor’s degree through Open Universities without going through 10+2+3 pattern will not be eligible. Candidates should have studied Tamil as a subject in X/XII/Degree. If not studied, candidates will have to pass the Tamil Part-II Test conducted by Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission within 2 years of joining the service.

Age Limit :-  

• Minimum 20 years
• Maximum 32 years for BC category
• Maximum 35 years for SC/ ST
• Maximum 37 years for Destitute Widow
• Maximum 47 years for Ex-servicemen, Departmental candidates.

Reservation:-

• 10% Reservation is provided for Sports quota candidates.
• 20% Reservation is provided for Departmental quota candidates

Salary :- (36900 – 116600)

Selection Process :-

• Written Examination
• Physical Measurement Test (PMT) / Endurance Test (ET) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
• Certificate Verification
• Viva Voce
• Special Marks.

• 500/- Only.
• 1000/- for Departmental candidates appearing for both Open Quota and Departmental Quota examinations.
• The fee can be made through Online (Net-banking/ Credit card/ Debit card) and offline (State Bank of India cash challan) mode.
