• ITI In Fitter / Machinist / Electrician
• 2-3 Year Preferable of Roll forming / Sheet Metal industry.

 

Key Functional Responsibilities :-

• Working at shop floor in Operations.
• Operate all equipment’s, machineriesHealth maintenance of machine/ equipment’s, carrying out routine maintenance
• Gaining a thorough knowledge of a wide range of factory machinery and how it works
• Shift work, including nights and weekends, may be required, especially when manufacturing equipment is in continual 24-hour operation
• Ensure the machines are regularly checked and cleanedMonitor and control the machine performance and settings
• Check the output of the machines and identify any issues.Keep an updated database on all the machines information, defective units, and final products.
• Maintain a log of the activity, filling up inspection check sheets, identification, and traceability of output products

Qualification & Experience :-

• Must: Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering OR ITI Draftsman 
• 3 – 5 Years of experience in steel structure detailing preferably in Pre Engineered Buildings
• Knowledge of AUTOCAD Drafting,

Work Experience:

• Candidate shall have experience in Detailing of Steel Structures, Pre Engineered Buildings, Cold formed Section detailing, capable of preparing Bill of Material, Weight calculations, Fabrication drawings and Construction drawings.
• Preferable with Autocad 2d and 3d detailing knowledge.
• Must have Autocad experience in 2D and 3D drawings preparation

Key Functional Responsibilities:

• Prepares erection drawings, shop details and bill of materials for buildings according to PIF, design calculations, approval drawings, group Supervisors guidelines and detailing Manual
• Coordinates with the approval engineering and group supervisor on any questions or difficulties he might encounter during his work, and submits erection drawings, shop details, and BOM to the group supervisor ready for checking
• Plans to finish his work according to assigned schedules, and gives early warnings to the group supervisor if schedules cannot be met.
• Corrects any errors found, and implements instructions provided by the group supervisor or checker after his job has been checked
• Prepares engineering release transmittal for erection drawings, shop details and BOM.

• Read and understand Structural / architectural drawings
• Good skill in trigonometry, to perform manual calculations in detailing
• Logical thinking in applying structural connections
• Good interpersonal skills (must be a team player)
• Willingness to learn and apply new tools and methods.
