Positions :- QA Junior Engineer
Job Location :- Rewari, Bawal, Gurgaon/Gurugram
Salary :- ₹ 2,50,000 – 3,50,000 P.A.
Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for Quality and Functional testing of outgoing products from machine Shop, fitment checking/dimension checking & visual inspection.
- Responsible for Quality Product for Export and Domestic variants for the new model of YRA
- Man power handling and communicating with team seniors for activities decided and corrective actions.
- Analyzing quality of Weld Penetration on daily basis.
- Monitoring gauges & fixtures conditions in line on daily basis.
- Auditing 5s in final inspection, incoming area, production line & Dispatch.
- Responsible for Red Bin Analysis.
- Responsible for finished goods parts inspection.
- Responsible for PDI monitoring.
- Documents update & process work setup approval verification.
- Maintain Poka – Yoke monitoring sheet.
- Working towards reduction PPM level at the customer & in house .
- Preparation of dimensions & visual inspection standards
- Responsible for in house quality by analyzing daily/monthly rejections and reworks.
- Maintain 5S system in functional area.
- Daily documents update & process work setup approval verification.
- Attending daily quality red bin meeting & finding root cause of defects for taking necessary action by using 7 QC tools
- Knowledge of PU hardness testing.
- Process and audit as per plan.
