Kochi Metro Rail Recruitment 2022:-Kochi Water Metro Project – is an integrated Water Transport System that was envisaged with the objective of connecting the mainland with the islands, around the Kochi lagoon, through Modern Water Transport system. The primary aim is improving connectivity of people and thereby improving their livelihood and standard of living. The project is conceived as an environmental friendly, modern urban transport system with 15 identified routes over 76 km of route length.

As per the Project Report, (being funded by KfW, Germany and Govt. of Kerala), on completion, with a fleet of 78 boats and 38 terminals, Kochi Water Metro Project would be the second largest water transport system next to only Venice.

Position:- Apprentice

 

No. Of Post:- 35

• Graduate Apprentices – 5 Posts
• Technician Apprentices – 25 Posts
• Com/BA English – 5 Posts

 

Qualification:-

Graduate Apprentices (BE/B.Tech):

• First Class Engineering Degree [Four/three year duration (for lateral entry)] awarded by any recognized Indian University in the respective field with not less than 60% marks/6.75 CGPA

Technician (Diploma) Apprentices:

• First Class Diploma (3-year duration) awarded by State Technical Board/University in the respective field with not less than 60% marks.

Non- Technical Graduate Apprentices:

• Com / BA English – First Class Graduation (3-year duration) awarded by any recognized Indian University in the respective field with not less than 60% marks.

 

Experience:- Freshers

 

Age Limit:- Age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.

 

Salary:-

• Graduate Apprentices – Rs. 9,000/-
• Com/BA English – Rs. 9,000/-
• Technician Apprentices – Rs. 8,000/-

 

Job Location:- Kochi

 

 Selection Process Kochi Metro Rail Recruitment:-

• Selection of the apprentices will be through written test/Computer based test and/or interview, which will be communicated through email id registered with KMRL by the applicants.
