Position :- Engineer/Sr. Engineer
Qualification :- Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :-
- Minimum 6 years of experience for BE/B-Tech
- Minimum 10 years of experience for Diploma
Job Location :- Gotan, Nagaur

Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Should know the operations of Crusher, Stacker, Reclaimer and other Raw Material handling equipment etc.
- To monitor and upkeep daily records, shifts, machine wise. He Should have knowledge of Excel and can prepare Reports/Presentation
- To plan Maintenance activities in his concerned section.
- Good understanding on various type of maintenance schedule, related to all Crusher , Stacker Reclaimer Equipments like Conveyor belts, Hydraulic
- Compile MIS, daily/monthly report of Crusher, monitoring system efficiency, power consumption & energy and material usage. Maintain all records of Energy Consumption on daily basis.
- SAP knowledge, creating notification and order in SAP and computer fundamentals. He should know the data extraction from SAP and able to interpret the data as and when required
- Well versed with water flow system and capable of onsite decisions.
- Should handle labor and plan manpower usage efficiently.
- Work as team member of the maintenance group & involve in the problem solving activities in plant.
Skills and Compeencies :-
- Skill in the use of Computer and SAP
- Knowledge of SAP
- Problem identification skill
- Records maintenance skill to include database development.
- Good understanding on various type of maintenance schedule, related to all Crusher , Stacker Reclaimer Equipments like Conveyor belts, Hydraulic
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- 60% throughout in academics(10th/12th/BE/B-tech)
- Diploma /BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in cement industry is mandatory
