Position :- Service Engineer

 

Job Location :- Pune

 

Salary :-  2,50,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.

 

Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

 

Experience :– Candidate Should be BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical having 3-4 years or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineer having 4-5 years of experience in machine maintenance activity.

 

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Problem solving abilities & analytic thinking
• Travel extensively in the region and resolve maintenance related problem
• Will be responsible to close the customer complaint on war footing base in coordination with the team
• Responsibility for taking monthly & quarterly preventive maintenance letter from customers.
• Maintain Planning & Execution chart.
• On site erection & commissioning plan
• Confirmation of foundation of machine as per given drawing.
• Installation of machine as per GA drawing
• Checking movement of all assembly individually
• Keeping up to date customer service logs & internal service records in a timely basis
• To provide prompt service to Railways customer by coordinating with service team and G.M. Pune with the proper communication
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Marketing and other department for execution of M & P contracts and procure their completion certificates from the customer
• They have to make detailed reports on all the work that is done on each machine
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Work Area: Installation, Servicing and tech support radiology equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Enter order details (e.g. Vendors, Quantities, Prices) into internal databases.
• Maintain update records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
