Job Location :- Jaipur, Rajasthan

 

Salary :- Rs 5,00,000 – 9,00,000 P.A .

 

Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

 

Experience :- 

1. 3 – 5 years of working experience in sales either in construction chemicals or building material industry.
2. Good technical knowledge and previous experience in handling architects and consultants.
3. Consistently drive and achieve the Sales & Collection target in a progressive manner thru innovative technical selling.
4. Identify and explore new Sales opportunities with existing and potential customers thru unique selling proposition.
5. Manage customer accounts for the designated Sales area to maximize Sales potential.
6. Develop and maintain close relations with Consultants/ Architects/Applicators & Project Distributors for enhancing Fosrocs business interest.
7. Closely interact with all the product segments & Specification for maximizing business growth and profitability in a timely manner.
8. Provide timely inputs to finance for issuing debit/credit notes for customer payments in line with the business needs.
9. Ensure close co-ordination with internal stake holders for timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
10. Provide adequate support to Technical & Marketing team for Product Launch.
11. Provide customer feedback on new product performance to Technical/ Lab team as required.
12. Stay updated on new product/ Application/Solution development for meeting the future business needs.
13. Identify and share best practices for continuous improvement of processes in meeting Customer expectation/ satisfaction.
