Position:- Junior Shop Manager

 

Job Location:- Pune

 

Salary:-  3,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.

 

Qualification:- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

 

Experience:- 2 to 7 Years

 

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Requires some work experience and intermediate level knowledge obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
• Conduct / monitor engine tests as per test plan given by project manager
• Preliminary level trouble shooting for the test cell / engine issues
• Installation and removal of engine in test cell and test cell related modification
• Work to support 24/7 operation
• Assembly and dis- assembly of engine as per test requirement
• Knowledge of test cell functions
• Ensure good housekeeping in work area
• Good communication with stakeholders
• Actively participate in TBWS activities
• Implementation & adherence QMS system
• Should have good knowledge & experience in Engine Test cell operations & various parts of engines.
• Knowledge of AVL Puma test cells would be a great advantage
• Should possess good communication & Excel skills
• QMS, Safety practices, Risk Assessment preparation, LOTO

Experience :- 2 to 5 Years

Roles and Responsibilities & Desired Profile :-

• Should have through knowledge of Genset Engine, Alternator, Controller and Electrical panels.
• Knowledge of Cummins corporate Power Command Controllers and ECM.
• Sound working knowledge of Insite and In power. Capability to carryout calibration and fault simulation.
• Should be able to read and understand electrical control drawings and cable schedules.
• Knowledge of panel testing requirements – IR,CRM,CT Primary & Secondary injection and REF trip simulations
• Knowledge on PLC would be and added advantage.
• Understand engineering drawing to cross check for Container manufacturing , installation and Integration work of DG & its accessories.
• Coordination with container manufacturer for Fabrication of DG container at container vendor premises .
• Ensure quality of the DG container manufacturing and integration of its accessories as per approved quality plan.
• Coordination with container manufacturing suppliers on electrical package pre-commissioning & cold / simulation testing,
• Coordination at DG Container package works during DG assembly in container as per approved GA.
• Coordination at DG Container package works during Cold testing / simulation checks,
• Coordination at DG Container package works during internal performance testing of containerized DG package .
• Coordination at DG Container package works during customer witness testing for DG package as per customer approved script.
• Ready for traveling to site location & willing to work for 6 days week.
