Qualification:-

Junior Secretariat Assistant:

  • 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in computer typing speed and in using computer as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.

Junior Stenographer:

  • 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in Stenography as per the prescribed norms fixed by DoPT from time to time.

 

 Experience:- 

  • English Typing @ 35 w.p.m. or Hindi Typing @ 30 w.p. (35 words per minute or 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 KDPH or 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word). Time allowed for Typing Test is 10 minutes, which is qualifying in nature.
  • One Dictation for 10 minutes in English or Hindi (as opted by the candidates in the Application Form) at the speed of 80 w.p.m., which is qualifying in nature.

 

Age Limit:-

  • Junior Secretariat Assistant – 28 Years
  • Junior Stenographer – 27 Years

  • Junior Secretariat Assistant – Rs. 19900-63200/-
  • Junior Stenographer – Rs. 25500-81100/-

CEERI Recruitment Selection Process :-

  • For the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant (Gen/F&A/S&P): The candidates fulfilling all essential qualification will be invited for open
  • competitive written examination and typewriting test on Computer. The proficiency in computer typing speed and in using computer will only be qualifying in nature, the final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the competitive written examination.
  • The merit list will only comprise of those candidates who have qualified the proficiency test in computer typing. The written competitive examination consists of the two papers (Paper-I Mental Ability and Paper-II General Awareness & English Language). Paper-II will be evaluated only for those candidates who secure the minimum threshold marks (to be determined by the Selection Committee) in Paper-I. The final merit list will be prepared only on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in Paper-II. The Hindi typing test on computers will be on Mangal Font.
  • There will be two papers (Paper-I & Paper-II). The second paper will be evaluated only for those candidates who secure the minimum threshold marks (to be determined by the Selection Committee) in Paper-I.

Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of work experience in Refrigeration & Air conditioning trade in a Ministry/ Department/ Organization/ Public sector undertaking/ Autonomous Body under Government of India/ State/ UT.

Job Requirement:

  • Repair and maintenance of Refrigeration and Aircondition equipment such as window AC, split ACs, water coolers, desert coolers, refrigerators etc. Operation and maintenance of Central AC Plants, Package type AC units. Technical support in electrical division of the Institute.

Technician (1) (Electrician):

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Electrician. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Electrician trade.   • Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Plumber. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Plumber trade. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of work experience in Plumber trade in a Ministry/ Department/ Organization/ Public sector undertaking/ Autonomous Body under Government of India/ State/ UT.

Job Requirement:

  • Normal and emergent plumbing and related work (even in odd hours) in Institute and Colony. Repair and maintenance works for all Job complaints of Plumbing/CI/Drainage and sewerage lines of Institute/ Colony. Plumbering support to the civil division of the Institute.

Technician (1) {Tools & Die Maker (Press Tools, Jigs & Fixtures):

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Tools & Die Maker (Press Tools, Jigs & Fixtures). Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Tools & Die Maker (Press Tools, Jigs & Fixtures) trade.   • Machining of Jobs by Milling, Turing & Grinding Manufacturing of blanking die set for square/ round/ rectangular/ elliptical components. Construct a piercing blanking tool. Manufacturing of fixtures. Technical support to the central workshop division of the Institute.

Technician (1) (Turner):

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Turner. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Turner trade. Job Requirement:

  • Turning jobs on both CNC and Conventional turning machines. Repair, maintenance & overhaul of machine tools. Proficiency in mechanical assembly of Lathe machines. Technical support to the central workshop division of the Institute.

Technician (1) (Fitter):

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Fitter. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Fitter trade. Job Requirement:

  • Fitting, Welding and Assembly works involved in various projects. Assistance in lab demonstration and field trials. Management and maintenance of workshop equipment. Technical support to the central workshop division of the Institute

Technician (1) (Electronics Mechanic):

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Electronics Mechanic. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Electronics Mechanic trade. Technician (1) (COPA):

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in COPA. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in COPA trade. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of work experience in COPA trade in a Ministry/ Department/ Organization/ Public sector undertaking/ Autonomous Body under Government of India/ State/ UT.

Technician (1) (Chemical Plant):

Technical Assistant (Electrical):

Operations, Repair and maintenance of electrical installations and its accessories of office building and staff quarters. Supervision of engineering services, electrical infrastructure and facilities, and different capacity diesel generating sets. Assisting in ongoing R&D projects and allied electrical activities.

 Technical Assistant (Mechanical):

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engg./ Tech. of at least 3 years full time duration, with minimum 60% marks and experience of 02 years in Mechanical Engg./ Tech. Technical Assistant (Civil):

  • Diploma in Civil Engg./ Tech. of at least 3 years full time duration, with minimum 60% marks and experience of 02 years in Civil Engg./ Tech. Job Requirement:

  • Application & Requirement Specific Software Design and Development; Design and Development of Websites with Static and Dynamic Pages, debugging and testing; Hosting of Software / Websites and their Maintenance. Android and IOS App Development, Debugging, and Testing Assisting in ongoing R&D projects and allied activities.

Upper Age Limit not exceeding (as on 01.03.2022) :- 28 Years

Selection Process :-

  • The candidates as recommended by the Screening Committee will be invited for Trade Test. Those who qualify in the Trade Test will be invited for a competitive written examination. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the competitive written examination.
  • For these posts, there will be three papers (Paper-I, Paper-II & Paper-III). Paper-II & Paper-III will be evaluated only for those candidates who secure the minimum threshold marks (to be determined by the Selection Committee) in Paper-I. The Final merit list will be prepared only on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in Paper-II & Paper-III.
