Positions :- Quality Engineer/Quality Inspector
Job Location :- Anantapur, Rudrapur, Bidadi
Salary :- ₹ 2,50,000 – 4,00,000 P.A.
Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 2 to 5 Years
Job Responsibility :-
- Overall responsibility of quality control and customer complaint handling.
- Evaluation & Monitoring of suppliers.
- Doing scientific & systematic analysis of data regarding various process-quantifiers like rejections, process-wastage.
- Responsibility of maintaining & controlling the documents required for Quality & Environmental System implementation.
- Conducting trainings for process/product quality improvements.
- Root cause analysis & initiating CAPA using various quality & environmental tools for customer and internal concerns.
- Assisting for doing PPAP, APQP as per customer requirements & schedules.
- Customer concern analysis & CAPA implementation.
- Shift allocation for quality checkers.
- Inspection of product at various stages.
- Maintain the record of inspection results.
- Informing concerned Production personnel and Head (QA) for quality & Environmental problems.
- Maintain and control of Quality & Environmental records.
- Handling Non conformities.
- Customer concern analysis & CAPA implementation.
- APQP-Phase 3,4- To review Floor Plan layout & to ensure that it is in accordance with PFC, PFMEA, CP, PPAP for the new product under development.
