- ITI Mechanical /Diploma Mechanical /Graduate
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience operating CNC Plasma/Laser/Angle Punching machines preferred but not required
- Freshers also welcomed

- Set up and operate CNC Angle Punching/Angle Drilling/Plasma/Laser machines according to job specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to identify machining requirements for assigned parts.
- Write and edit CNC programs using specific G-code and M-code instructions tailored to the machine’s capabilities and desired machining operations.
- Optimize programs for efficiency, considering factors like cutting speeds, feed rates, and toolpaths to minimize production time while maintaining part quality.
- Test and verify programs through simulations or dry runs to ensure accuracy and identify potential errors before actual machining.
- Collaborate with the production, manufacturing, and engineering teams to ensure machining processes meet project requirements and deadlines.
