Qualification :- ITI/ Diploma (Mechanical) or relevant field

 

Experience :-  2-4 Years 

 

Job Location :- Nasik/Nashik

 

Salary :- Rs. 2,25,000 – 3,50,000 P.A

 

Job Description Dynamic Prestress Pvt  Recruitment:- 

• Set daily/weekly/monthly production objectives and communicate them to shop floor employees.
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance, by coordinating with the Maintenance team
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee the production process as per the quality standards, to achieve first time pass 95% through quality check
• Submit reports on production, process data and trends to the functional head
• Understand the design drawings prepared as per the customer requirement and adhere to the quality norms at every stage of production
• Identify issues in operational facility, layout for process improvement.
• Train new employees on how to safely use machineries, material handling,
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

 

Note –

• Candidates willing to on Work 12 hours, and alternate week night shift should only apply for the post
• Candidate will be hired to third party payroll for 6 months latter will be absorbed on company roll.
