Experience :- 1-5 Years 

 

Job Location :- Valsad, Vapi, Umbergaon

 

Salary :- Rs. 1,50,000 – 2,50,000 P.A

 

Job Description :- 

• 1. Inspect each and every work piece visually for errors and defects such as jaw dent, step at OD, ID, Serration to avoid rework percentage
• 2. Measure all the dimensions according to the drawing provided and fill hourly in process
• 3. Carry out production activities as per given TARGET ABOVE 90% ,Avoid machine IDLE TIME
• 4. Follow Line & Shift In-charge instructions strictly.
• 5. Before starting CNC spend at least 20 minute for clean the machine and its surroundings, remove scrap from machine bed
• 6. Check the machine condition, coolant, lubricant oil level etc… Before starting machine.
• 7. Confirm the drawing, material and program before starting up machine.
• 8. To ensure that the Machine starts on scheduled time.
• 9. To ensure to achieve the Daily Production Targets.
