BDL Recruitment Salary:-

Project Trade Assistant and Project Office Assistant:

• During 1st year -Rs. 23,000/- pm
• 2nd Year (on extension only) -Rs. 24,500/- pm
• 3rd Year (on extension only) -Rs. 26,000/- pm
• 4th Year (on extension only) -Rs. 27,500/- pm

Project Engineer and Project Officer :

• During 1st year – Rs. 30,000/- pm
• 2nd Year (on extension only) -Rs. 33,000/- pm
• 3rd Year (on extension only) -Rs. 36,000/- pm
• 4th Year (on extension only) -Rs. 39,000/- pm

Project Diploma Assistant and Project Assistant :

• During 1st year -Rs. 25,000/- pm
• 2nd Year (on extension only) -Rs. 26,500/- pm
• 3rd Year (on extension only) -Rs. 28,000/- pm

BDL Recruitment Qualification:-

Project Trade Assistant:

• ITI Pass in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Plumber / Radio Mechanic / Fitter / Electronics / Electrician /Mechanical / Turner / Welder / Electro Plating / Computers /Mill Wright / Diesel Mechanic with NAC or equivalent recognized by the State/ Central Government.

Project Diploma Assistant:

• Diploma Pass in Civil /Metallurgy / Chemical / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Computers recognized by the State/ Central government.

Project Engineers:

• BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc Engg /Integrated M.E. / M.Tech. in Civil / Chemical / Environment / Metallurgy / Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science from AICTE approved Institute / University.

Project Assistant (Finance):

• Any degree in Science/ Economics with 1 year diploma course in Financial Management with minimum 6 months Computer Course in Office Applications. (OR)
  Degree course in Commerce/ Business Administration (with Finance specialization) with minimum six months Computer Course in Office Applications.(OR)
  Pass in 12th with CA Inter / ICWA Inter / CS Inter.

Project Assistant (HR):

• Degree in Personnel Management, HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Social Welfare, PM&IR, with min. six months Computer Course in Office Applications (OR)
• Any degree with 1 year diploma course in T&D, HR, Labour Law, PM, PM&IR, SW with minimum six months Computer Course in Office Applications.

Project Officer (Business Development):

• Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Degree with specialization in Marketing / Sales and Marketing awarded (OR)
• MBA (Marketing / Foreign Trade / Supply Chain Management) (2-years) by Universities/Institutions recognized by the Government.

Project Officer (HR):

• MBA / MSW /PG Diploma or equivalent course in Industrial Relations / Social Welfare / Social Work/ HR /PM & IR / Personnel Management.

Project Officer (Finance):

• CA / ICWA or course from AIMA recognized Institute/ University or ist Class (60 percentage) in MBA (Finance) (2 Years) or PG Diploma in Finance Discipline of 2 Years.

Project Office Assistant:

• Diploma in DCP course/Computers & Commercial Practice.
