Job Description :-

• To draw and execute monthly plans to ensure all products supplied to customers are timely serviced and are operational thereby maintaining satisfaction of all existing customers of shakti.
• Ensure sales and collection target achievement for spares sales in the assigned territory as per the plan.
• Monitor monthly spare parts requirement of customers and company branches. forecast sales by planning in advance for 45 days to ensure adequate stock of spare parts at dealers to avoid sales loss.
• Follow up for dispatch of the spare parts and bi-monthly review on outstanding payments and plans to collect within stipulated time from the respective service centres.
• Record and update related claims, classify concerns and work out action plans for corrective actions.
• Appoint service centre for customers in their respective territory and provide technical guidance to customers while attending the products at site and suggest repair techniques.
